One of America’s greatest ideals is that we have race-blind equality of opportunity. But in Black Lives Matter’s world, race is a key qualifier above all others – including the office of the President of the United States.
This is a racist ideology. As AmericaIsGood.us founder Tom Klingenstein said, “[BLM] is racist, because it wants to divide the nation into racial groups. They say that only white people can be racists. That’s racist! They believe that individuals are defined in meaningful ways by the color of their skin.”
The Democratic Party has been taken over by this racism. Despite Vice Presidential nominee Senator Kamala Harris’ massive campaign fail and lack of qualifications, she has been given a free ride by the party and its allies in the press. A few short months ago, according to Politico’s Jack Shafer, “the press recorded her failure to enthuse any of [her] power bases…women, Californians, Black voters and Asian Americans.” But now that she’s running alongside Biden, that message has changed. Shafer, who was one of the few mainstream voices to be intellectually consistent, also wrote, “[Now,] Harris has ‘excited Democrats with a personal story’ of being the female offspring of two immigrants…one from India and one from Jamaica.”
Considering Harris for office just because she has a darker skin color and fits the “child of immigrants” stereotype, not because she has the necessary qualifications, is appallingly racist. What America needs right now are politicians who can demonstrate they have the qualifications to make America a better place, not “woke” stereotypes to fit a diversity quota.
President Trump has called out the Democrats for having a completely unqualified Vice Presidential candidate. Meanwhile, he has decades of experience in business and four years as President, while Vice President Mike Pence is a former governor. We need a qualified President to lead America, because “woke” racism won’t get the job done.
